I love my Ford 4+

I love my Ford

We believe that selling a car is just the start of the relationship with our customers. Quality customer service is our goal and responsibility – all across the range of products and services offered by Ford and Moto-Pfohe.

The renewed 4+ Program aims to offer preferential conditions for servicing cars over 4 years of age. By visiting any Ford Authorized Service Center in Bulgaria, you will receive a customer card that guarantees you a 20% discount on labor and spare parts for regular technical maintenance or repair of your Ford*. The card is issued under vehicle identification number and is valid even when the car changes its owner – an additional benefit that should not be underestimated.

What are the benefits of servicing your car at Ford Authorized Service Center:

  • Repairs are carried out by trained specialists possessing the necessary technical documentation.
  • Ford Authorized Service Centers are equipped with diagnostic equipment, universal and special tools, as well as machines and equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's standards, which are constantly updated and upgraded.
  • High-quality original spare parts with warranty.
  • Higher market value on sale.

In order to get the customer card for your car:

  • Drive your car to the Service Center at the appointed time.
  • The car will be examined free of charge by a manufacturer-approved check-list.
