FORD scored best in a Mystery shopping survey
The Bulgarian Ford sales people reached 78 out of 100 points in an independent research of their professional skills.
The agency “Market Eyes” did the survey also in the dealerships of Peugeot, Citroen, Toyota, Fiat и VW. The results of the others are 63, 60, 51, 50 and 40 points.
