Volvo Cars and MOTO-PFOHE introduce a new service in Bulgaria

As of this week, Volvo Cars and MOTO-PFOHE provide their customers with even more quality and reassurance by introducing a new Customer Lifetime Parts Warranty service. Through it, the repairs carried out on your Volvo are covered for defects in material or workmanship. The requirements of the new service will be met by all genuine Volvo spare parts purchased from an authorized Volvo workshop, which are outside the factory and extended car warranty and have been installed in the same authorized service of the Swedish brand.

„This high-class warranty will provide additional peace of mind to our customers, as it covers not only the spare part, but also the cost of its installation and provides an additional advantage in service in an authorized Volvo workshop," said Andrej Serafimov, Customer Service Manager for Volvo Cars. "We at MOTO-PFOHE continue to pay great attention to the needs and safety of our customers without compromising on the quality of our materials and labor. Another proof of this is the application of the Customer lifetime parts warranty in our country."

MOTO-PFOHE ensures that all parts installed in authorised Volvo workshops are of excellent quality. The coverage includes also the labour to replace the covered replacement part. The warranty does not cover accessories, wear & tear parts or consumables. Parts that must be replaced as a result of damage caused by external interference are also not covered by the warranty. The Customer lifetime parts warranty is valid from the date of purchase and installation of the spare part and is applicable until the change of ownership of the vehicle on which it is installed. Every customer of the Swedish premium brand can get more information from the authorised Volvo workshops in the country.
