Mr. Brainwash and Volvo C40 - a modern urban story

An experienced local artist managed to capture and convey the message of freedom, modern urban reality and innovation in art with mixed media, reaching as close as possible to the original works.

The car did not go unnoticed, even in the eye of the storm. The torrential rain did not stop the long-awaited exhibition of "Mr. Brainwash", nor the new northern star to shine.

The exhibition presented to the audience 6 unique works, specially created for the exhibition art installation, video content for the artist and a video presenting the creation of a work inspired by the work of Mr. Brainwash "C40 City art project" on the modern city crossover Volvo C40.
The guests of the event could watch the process of painting a car on a video wall in the exhibition hall, as well as enjoy live the fully electric C40, positioned in front of the entrance of Vivacom Art Hall.

The new Volvo C40 impresses with a modern sporty look and the highest technology. The electric Crossover travels up to 448 km on a single charge and accelerates from 0 to 100 km in just 4.7 seconds. The model is equipped with one of the best infotainment systems on the market, based on Android and developed in collaboration with Google. The new C40 is a completely different Volvo - with a bold face and a pure heart. Sales in Bulgaria started last month, the interest is huge and the quota is sold by the end of the year.

Mr. Brainwash (real name Thierry Guetta) is a French street artist. He has built an international reputation in Los Angeles, where he has lived since he was 15 years old. The Scandinavian premium Crossover shines with a sporty look different from anything Volvo has offered so far. The rear features an impressive design, and the face is bold, distinctive and includes lights with the latest pixel technology, which is the reason why we recognize ourselves in the bold and innovative work of Mr. Brainwash.
